Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. Then she received her Pro Card only one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. She earned her Professional Card within a year when she was 17. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her university education. In 2015, she continued her journey from the previous year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed throughout the years following her debut, establishing higher goals for herself each year. In 2009 she had won four fitness titles. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel Ariel Ariel took the time off for six years from competing when she earned her pro-card to complete her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel was able to make a comeback in her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016 saw her winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel says she was more proud of the result. It's no surprise that she did so well given the level of competition. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine that use single arm lat pull-downs. She warms-up first before moving into work out sets. Ariel will also make the most out of her time. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
