Rachelle Lefevre
Rachelle Lefevre is a Canadian. Lefevre, who was waiting tables when she was in her teens, was found by one of the Canadian filmmaker, and he gave her the role of her debut as an actor. Lefevre later moved towards Los Angeles where she earned the opportunity to play a regular role on the film What About Brian (2006). When Lefevre was working at an Montreal sushi restaurant in her teen years one of the customers heard about her desire to become an actor. He put her in touch with the casting director. It led to her landing an appearance in a Canadian comedy. She was featured in various scenes of the David E. Kelley's Boston Legal (2004). It led to her leading role in the 2008 U.S. adaption of BBC success Life on Mars. Lefevre's father was French. She grew up in Montreal however she was majority English. In 2004, due to the shortage of English acting roles that spoke English in Montreal, Lefevre moved in Los Angeles. She landed her largest movie role to date in Catherine Hardwicke's adaptation of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight. The film is the debut of a cult novel series for teenagers.
