She oversees all our practices for people, management of people, Talent Management, and Culture Development. Annmarie Fairweather is a Human Resources Leader with over 30 years of expertise. She worked with top executives in diverse industries in order to enhance business performance, specifically in times of rapid growth. As an advisor, she was involved, helping translate people and business strategies into strategies, goals as well as enterprise-wide goals by focusing on organizational performance including employee participation and change. She is of the opinion that learning is the most important aspect of leadership.
