Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise (born Tina Louise) is an American writer, singer and actor most famous for her role as Ginger Grant in Gilligan's Island. Her stage career began in the mid 1950s when she appeared in Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. After that, she acted on Broadway in a variety of performances until 1957 when Li'l Abner became huge at the National Theater. The same year, she released her first musical album, The album is Tina Time. Louise first made it to Hollywood as Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre a 1957 drama film. This movie was hugely popular and Louise was awarded the Golden Globe Award at the New Star of the Award category. When she was a student in Lee Strasberg, she attended the Actors Studio New York. Her most memorable performance came in 1964. She was signed by CBS to play Ginger Grant. Louise was able to balance her work across Broadway television and Hollywood acting in more realistic characters as contrast to her image of herself as a glamorous woman. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. In SG-1, she played Helen Magnus and Sanctuary. But, over the last few years she also became a well-known director of popular television series like Supernatural and The 100. Born in Essex, Ontario on 27th August, 1965. Her family moved to Toronto around the age of three. She spent her childhood there and her adolescence. When she was chosen to play the role as Samantha Carter, she moved to Vancouver in 1997 and has lived there since.
